Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not offered. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. At the sole discretion of It's a Nursing Thing, we may occasionally allow exceptions to our refund policy. If you would like to request an exception, you may email us at hello@itsanursingthing.com to explain your situation.

If you must cancel a session, you may transfer that payment to a future tutoring session only ONCE. The new date will be based upon Dr. Biggom's availability. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you forfeit your payment.

Tutoring can be tailored to both RN and LPN students. Although scope of practice varies, digital products provide general knowledge and can be used by both students.
